  • 2t Men’s SuperThrive
  • 2t Hemp Seeds
  • 2t Green Powder
  • 2t Goji Berries
  • 1/2t Camu Camu
  • 1 Mango
  • 1/2 large avo/ 1 small avo
  • 1T chia
  • 1 chunk cacao butter
  • 400ml spring water

 

Fresh Super Tang Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • half mango
  • 1T SuperThrive Digestion
  • 1T chia
  • 4 chard leaves
  • half bunch mint
  • pinch salt

 

Choc Banana Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1T cacao nibs
  • 1T chia
  • 1 avo
  • 1T Superthrive
  • pinch vanilla
  • 2 dates

 

Simple SuperThrive

  • ½ avo
  • 1T chia
  • 1T SuperThrive
  • pinch vanilla
  • pinch cinnamon
  • salt

 

Choc SuperThrive Biscuits

  • 2 Cups raw oats
  • 2 cups dates
  • 1/3 cup chia soaked (to jelly)
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1/3 cup goji berries
  • 1/3 cup brazil nuts
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2/3 cup cashews
  • 2T cacao powder
  • 2T superthrive

Soak dates for 15 mins. Mix the rest of ingredients in one bowl. Blend 1 cup dates into chunky pieces, mix into dry mix. Blend 1 cup of dates into date paste, mix into dry mix. Make small biscuits, dehydrate for 16 hours.

  • 2 T oatbran
  • 2 T chia
  •  1 T coconut oil
  •  6 brazil nuts
  • 2 t SuperThrive Women/ Men
  • 2 t SuperThrive Children
  • 1 banana
  • Handful coconut flakes
  • Add water and blend.
